What is your refund policy?

If a booked group can provide notice of cancellation of their session with sufficient time (at least 24 hours) full or partial refunds will be available. Refunds are unavailable to players or groups that do not attend the booked session without notice.

WEATHER POLICY: Heavy rain can disrupt play. If a game has to be called off due to rain before the session start time, a full refund will be offered to all groups. If the game has started and needs to be called off during play, payment will be taken as normal at the close of play. Generally this means a lower total cost as customers have had less time to purchase paint and gear during the session.

Can I bring my own paintball marker?

Players are welcome to bring their own gear and markers, but are required to use paint purchased from Southside Paintball during the session. Our velocity limit is 80 metres per second (260 fps).
